The "V" Word

So I’m Erica, I’m a Mechanical Engineer & Data Scientist, I’m vegan, and yes…I’m black lol. We out here y'all! I’ve been vegan since January 2018 and have had no regrets ever since. It’s like a whole new world! I first became vegan for my health, but through veganism I have grown to care about so much more. I travel 90% of the year for work and leisure. This site is a window into how I maintain my plant based drip while 30,000ft. in the air. So whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or somewhere trying to figure it out; I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and add some color to your palate!
